Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Misogi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Description of Service
Misogi is a goal tracking application that helps users set and track one year-defining challenge. The Service includes a mobile application, website, and related services that allow you to:
- Set and track your annual goal (Misogi)
- Log daily activities and progress
- View your progress through a visual 365-day grid
- Connect with other users and share progress
- Give and receive kudos for achievements
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (goals, logs, photos, notes, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.
Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonates another person or entity
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISOGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Misogi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
